Free darning for the life of the piece. It is not charity — it is the cheapest marketing we have ever run.

A darned moth hole takes twenty minutes at the bench. Across a season that is about three percent of one person's time. It is less than we would spend persuading the same customer to come back.
We do not repair other brands' pieces — we do not have the hours — and we do not hide a darn. It is visible close up. That is deliberate. A repaired garment is not a new one and should not pretend to be.
